How do I refill my machine with fragrance?
Refilling the Aroma Diffuser you will first unscrew the bottle in the machine and pour your refill into the the bottle. Reattached the bottle to the machine by screwing it securely in place.
Where are the diffusing oil made?
All of our diffusing oils are sourced from US companies. We blend and package our diffusing oils in Dallas, Texas.
Do I have to purchase a machine from Epic Aroma to use the oils?
No. Our oils are safe to use in any machine described as nebulizing, waterless or cold-air technology. Do not recommend our oils be used in any system that requires or uses water. Our diffusing oils are oil based and do not mix with water.
Can I change my fragrance selection between subscription deliveries?
Absolutely! Fragrance is great to change up with the seasons or just because. We make it easy. Log into the customer portal and make the changes.
